Returns
Travel Fresh strives to provide high-quality luxury accessories. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received is defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request photographic evidence to assess the damage. Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed for approved returns or cancellations and will be issued through the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing time.
